Pickup Date

All cakes are made to order and require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time before a pickup date can be made. Please confirm below that you understand and agree to these terms.


If you require a custom cake in less than 7 days, please call us on (03) 5755 5113 or email cakes@corallee.au. We do our best to accommodate all timeframes. Extra charges will apply for orders under 7 days.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you do need to cancel an online order, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from your total order cost.

Cancellations will only be accepted more than 5 DAYS from the requested pick up date. Any cancellations requested within 5 days of the pick up date will forfeit the full booking amount.

Please note that any changes requested to your online order within 5 days of the cake being collected, will be honoured only subject to availability.

If there are any major changes to the design requested, there may be additional design fees or a redesign fee. Fees are charged based on staff discretion.

We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. Redesign fees are based on the size of your cake and the changes requested to the design.

We do understand that things happen; if you need to move your order date, you will need to notify us in writing, and the new date is subject to availability.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Cake by Coral Lee! However, refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade or general decoration will not be honoured. If you are unsatisfied with the flavour quality of your cake and request a refund, this will be assessed at the discretion of our staff. In these circumstances, the cake must be returned.

We are strictly unable to refund for a cake or product that has been consumed.

With various fillings and frostings available, you can customise your cake to perfectly match your taste and theme.

Our pastry chefs specialise in elegant finishes and creative detail, including hand-sculpted icing flowers, piped borders, colour-matched designs, and personalised messages. Whether you prefer a classic look, a vibrant children’s theme, or something beautifully minimalist, your cake will be crafted with precision and care.

We proudly create custom cakes for locals and visitors celebrating in Bright, Porepunkah, Harrietville, Myrtleford, and Wandiligong. All cakes are pickup only from the Alpine Hotel, ensuring your cake remains fresh and travels safely. Because every cake is made completely from scratch, we require a minimum lead time of one week, giving our pastry team the time needed to prepare, bake, and decorate your cake. If you need a cake with shorter notice, we invite you to call us directly — we’ll happily check our pastry schedule to see if we can assist.
