Pickup Date
All cakes are made to order and require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time before a pickup date can be made. Please confirm below that you understand and agree to this timeframe.

If you require a custom cake in less than 7 days, please call us on (03) 5755 5113 or email cakes@corallee.au. We do our best to accommodate all timeframes. Extra charges will apply for orders under 7 days.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you do need to cancel an online order, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from your total order cost.

Cancellations will only be accepted more than 5 DAYS from the requested pick up date. Any cancellations requested within 5 days of the pick up date will forfeit the full booking amount.

Please note that any changes requested to your online order within 5 days of the cake being collected, will be honoured only subject to availability.

If there are any major changes to the design requested, there may be additional design fees or a redesign fee. Fees are charged based on staff discretion.

We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. Redesign fees are based on the size of your cake and the changes requested to the design.

We do understand that things happen; if you need to move your order date, you will need to notify us in writing, and the new date is subject to availability.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Cake by Coral Lee! However, refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade or general decoration will not be honoured. If you are unsatisfied with the flavour quality of your cake and request a refund, this will be assessed at the discretion of our staff. In these circumstances, the cake must be returned.

We are strictly unable to refund for a cake or product that has been consumed.

Made fresh to order by our professionally trained pastry chefs in the heart of Bright, each cake is crafted with exceptional attention to detail. We use premium ingredients and traditional techniques to create a cake that looks stunning and tastes even better. You can choose from a selection of favourite flavours, including classic sponge, rich chocolate mud cake, creamy cheesecake, luscious red velvet, and gluten-free options. Each flavour can be paired with fillings and frostings of your choice, allowing you to personalise your cake to match your celebration perfectly.

One of the highlights of our Small Custom Cake is the option to include hand-sculpted icing flowers or themed decorations, giving your cake an elegant and bespoke feel. Whether you want something simple and modern or colourful and playful, our pastry team will bring your vision to life with creativity and care.

We proudly create custom cakes for customers across Bright and surrounding areas such as Porepunkah, Harrietville, Myrtleford, and Wandiligong. All cakes are pickup only from the Alpine Hotel to ensure freshness and safe handling. We require at least one week’s notice for orders, as every cake is baked and decorated from scratch. For last-minute needs, we welcome you to call us directly — we’ll do our best to help if our pastry schedule allows.
