FRONT OF HOUSE supervisor/S
Our company is searching for additional Front of House Supervisors for our busy Hotel in the North East.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous FOH managerial experience essential
Ability to relate and communicate with staff
Management of stock control and beer operations
Be proactive and show excellent customer service
Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
Able to work to a routine
Teamwork and bubbly attitude visible
Victorian RSA essential
Hotel industry compliance awareness
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily hotel operations and customer service
Legislation compliance
Knowledge of bar and bar systems
Proactive social media and marketing relations
Directly reporting to Food and Beverage Manager
Assist with staff on the job training
Working roster that will include weekend and night closing
