Meet our talented Pastry Chefs
Angel Bautista
I started baking in 2012 and loved it! Since then, I am self-taught home baker. In the past 10 years I inveted in attending workshop and learning through the best pastry chefs in the Philipines.
In 2014, I started by own home-based baking business of baking simple cakes and cookies. Through the years of baking, strong focus and refining my skills I lead my self to specialising in customised cakes, cup cakes, cookies and more.
I have travelled with my husband and family and enjoy the outdoors. From there I also draw my inspiration from the world of colour. My cakes are creative and I love to give them a burst of colour and taste.
Catering is also something that I enjoy and have catered for many children’s parties.
We are flexible in the bakery and are keen to hear your inspiration whether basic or special occasion. My experience expands also into biscuits, mini cakes, cup cakes or desserts for business conferences.
I look forward to baking everyday and to create beautiful cakes for clients.

My culinary adventure began in 2009 when I enrolled at an international culinary school in Manilla, Philippines. As my passion for pastry ignited, I emersed my self in the work of sweets, enrolling in various training programs from the fundamentals of party art to the intricacies of making chocolate, pralines, ice cream, sorbet and pastries.
Every course was stepping stone. Switzerland, renowned for its chocolate heritage became a second home for a while as I honed by skills at Felchlin Switzerland – a leading company in the world of Swiss Chocolate.
My professional journey took a significant turn when I joined Antionio’s Restaurant in the Philipines. starting as a commis chef, I gradually climbed the ladder, gaining invaluable experience in every facet of kitchen operations. Eventually I was entrusted with the role of pastry chef. It was there I was had the opportunity to experiment with the flavour and create new recipes.
I am filled with gratitude for the journey that has bought me here. Every pastry I create is a reflection of my passion, my experience and my unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
